CCS School Board held their annual retreat today at NCES! They got to see foundational literacy instruction, intervention groups, art, and much more! NCES 5th graders told them all about the beautiful life at NCES!

Installation has finally begun on the CES playground! Playground equipment should be up by early next week. Then the padding will be next. 🤾🛝
Students across the district are participating in the SFE Farmer's Market where they are able to try new fruits and veggies! Many students have chosen the blood oranges and asparagus as their favorites! Thank you, SFE!!

The Society of Women Engineers is hosting a one-day event at the University of Tennessee Tickle College of Engineering for middle and high school girls to explore the world of STEM! Students who have attended in the past gave this experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Girls will enjoy hands-on experiments, lab tours, and presentations about engineering careers, while parents can attend a special session to learn more about opportunities in the field.
