Homeroom letters are now loaded in your Aspen Parent Portal under "published reports". This information is not located in the CCS app or in rooms. Step by step directions are below. Please call your school if you have trouble locating. Secretaries will be happy to assist!
If your child will be 4 years old on or before August 15, they may be eligible to enroll.
Priority for available openings is given to children identified as "at risk."

On Friday, July 17, all 1st-6th grade parents will receive an email containing their Aspen Parent Portal username and password. Please log in to Aspen to ensure you have access. We will inform parents of homeroom placements via the Aspen Parent Portal on Thursday, July 23. If the password field if blank, that means you have reset your password. You can reset the password by contacting Lori Smith at smithl@clintonschools.org using the email we have on file. We want to ensure that everyone has access to Aspen before the homeroom letters are published. Kindergarten parents will not receive letters, as homeroom placements do not happen until after the first staggered day. Kindergarten parents will receive their Aspen information on the first day of school.

If you received a new transfer to Clinton City Schools, we will be accepting your registration paperwork in Central Office on Thursday and Friday this week. Central Office will be open from 8:00-3:30. Enrollment paperwork can be found on our district website or we can give you a packet when you come. Let's get everyone registered!
