Universal screener for ELA and Math for adaptive diagnostic lessons.

Results are shared three times a year with parents in the form of reports. Student results are shared in the form of conferences and data meetings.


8-13 through 8-31

Kindergarten may take through 9-14

Easy CBM Fall Benchmark Reading and Math*

Next step screener for ELA and Math-Students scoring red or yellow on iReady are assessed for intervention planning..Math uses a progress monitoring instrument to analyze deficit area instead of benchmark on Easy CBM.

K-6 if needed

Results are sent to parents monthly for students in the intervention program. Student results are shared weekly or biweekly as they are progress monitored.

8-13 through 8-31

First Writing Assessment

To identify students who may need intervention in written language or other services.


K-6

Results are sent to parents monthly for students in the intervention program.


First window begins Oct. 1st

i-Ready Winter Diagnostics

ACCESS ELL (Students qualifying for  ESL services)


Students qualifying for  ESL services to measure their growth in the English language.

Results are shared with parents at the beginning of the year ESL individual plan meetings.

TCAP Alt (Students qualifying for alternate assessment)

Students who have a specialized educational program placement based on their IEP to measure their academic growth.

Results are shared with parents at the beginning of the year and followed up on in yearly IEP meetings.

Third Writing Assessment

To identify students who may need intervention in written language or other services.

Results are sent to parents monthly for students in the intervention program.

Used to report student understanding of state standards and growth from the previous academic year.
