Deferred Compensation

All Clinton City School employees may elect to participate in a 403(b) or 457(b) tax shelter plan. 

Contact the Fiscal Services Department for information concerning the completion of the necessary paperwork to establish the account and begin making contributions. 
Payroll deducted contributions may begin the month following the establishment of the account in accordance with IRS regulations.

When an employee wishes to make changes in the amount withheld, the employee must submit a new form, reflecting the corrected amount to be deducted.
